EC Consultation on public procurement directives and their performance

The European Commission has initiated a public consultation, aiming to gather comprehensive evidence, information, data, and feedback on the performance of European Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU, and 2014/25/EU. These directives have established the rules on the procedures for procurement by public sector contracting authorities and by contracting entities. 

This consultation will help to determine the continued relevance and effectiveness of these directives in achieving EU policy objectives for the next 10 years.

Improvements in this field could potentially support the uptake of new mobility services in Europe.
