Lump Sum Funding in Horizon Europe: online training

The European Commission has introduced the lump sum funding mechanism to unlock Horizon Europe funds. More and more calls for projects require this way of financial project management.

It aims to simplify and reduce the administrative burden of applying for Horizon Europe calls.
The mechanism eliminates the need for detailed cost reporting, helping to reduce administrative errors and financial scrutiny. This streamlined process benefits all participants, but it is particularly empowering for small organisations and newcomers who may struggle with the complex requirements of traditional funding methods.

This method is still quite new, so the EC is organising an online training.
